The purpose of ‘Peg City Parks is to get my fellow Winnipeggers (and visitors) outside, active, and familiarized with our incredible city!

I offer what I call “Standard” hunts in three categories – Local (City) Hunts, Rural Hunts, and Guided Hunts (more information below). If you post photos of your adventures and tag @pegcityparks, #pegcityparks and #wanderwpg on Instagram (or make a post on the Peg City Parks Facebook page) you’ll have a chance to win some local prizes and swag!

I aim to offer Special Hunts in the future that would include such extra features as hidden clues, timing incentives, city-wide challenges, exciting prizes, and more. Stay tuned!

I love Winnipeg and have said often that there is always something new to do, no matter how long you’ve lived here. The cultural, music, art, and food scene in our city never ceases to impress me, and the green-spaces available to us offer a place of recreation and calm.

So, get out there and Wander our Winnipeg Parks!
